United Negro College Fund Honors: Lionel Richie
Saw part of this program. With some great guests like Ne-Yo, Stevie Wonder, James Ingram (damn, remember him?) all paying tribute to one of the most influential artists of the '80s. I know this is going to date me, but I remember one of my first CDs, when they came in this long box, was Lionel Richie's Can't Slow Down. Brings me back.

My wife's old co-worker and friend is James Ingram's daughter. I didn't really know his music... now I can say that I do. :-)
